Before I begin with anything. .

My Heart filled wishes to the couple "Urmi and Vishal" on their wedding and hoping the best for you both today and forever, A very Happy Married Life!!

This ambigram was seriously difficult when I started a few weeks back. Also I had a deadline for it as I was leaving on 12th for the wedding and it was very important that I finish on or before that day. But till the 11th night I still didn't have a proper solution. What ever I managed was all messy and I almost reached the verge of dropping the idea of making one.

So on the 12th morning, I reached office well before time (not my usual type). Since I reached early, I had time till everyone settled down so I gave my one last shot. I just couldn't believe it. . got the solution in a few seconds making me feel silly for all these while trying to make one.

It just seemed like my lucky day. . half the office was empty which meant I could complete the ambigram on the computer without any one noticing me.

Hoping that they like it. And once again All the Best wishes to them. . Cheers!!

AMBIGRAMS

I was getting bored of my blog appearance for a while and since it was sunday I thought of doing something new with it.

I started off with the ambigram of the word "ambigram". Since it was done by many and I basically had in my mind how the others have done it, so I was ending up doing the same as others.

Not getting satisfied, I then decided to do with the word "ambigrams". Initially I started off with a rotational ambigram and even though I did it but then dropped that idea as it would take time to complete it on the computer. So finally I tried a mirror ambigram which happened to be my first attempt on it. I just got the solution in a matter of few seconds.

Now I had to choose simple fonts and modify to complete it. So I simply took the arial and verdana font. In the end really satisfied with it.

SRAVYA

The moment i saw this request. . I had got the solution for it. . but making the whole thing look good took me time. . i enjoyed doing this as it was a long time since i got an easy one. .

AMMAR

This ambigram is completely adapted from John Langdon's ambigrams of 'AIR' and 'WATER'. .

The idea of using this ambigram struck me when i was showing my brother some of John Langdon's work. . That the above ambigrams gave me a perfect combination for this one. .

SALMAN AHMED

Finally after 2 days of struggling. . kept it similar to the salman ambigram with just little additions. . the 'S' and 'D' combination was taking time. . Thanks to my brother Saad who approved this combination. .

HASSAN

While doing the Salman ambigram. . i got a solution for "Hassan". . it was very simple and easy. .

SALMAN

Salman bhai aapke naam ka bhi bana diya :). .

This ambigram is one of the first ones tried 3 yrs back. . the basics were the same just changed the style and typography. .

NOAMAAN

I had made this some 6 months back n completely forgot about giving final touches. . so finally i just did it. . Again the design is inspired by Nagfa's "BAMBER" ambigram. . wherein the style of 'M' similar to the one used in Nagfa's "BAMBER" ambigram. . I am just in love with this style of typography and try use it as much as possible in my ambigrams. .

ROOMI GILANI

EHSAN AND BUSHRA

Its been a while that the blog got updated. . Just got busy with my brother's marriage and Alhamdulillah it all went good.

So here is this small present as an ambigram that I made specially for the married couple. Wishing them all the success and a happy married life.

I knew I had to make this one and it was on my list for quite sometime but got busy with marriage preparations and all.

But when I finally managed to get sometime out to make this ambigram, I never really thought I would struggle making this one, may be because I just wanted it to be perfect. So it took me over a week to get the ambigram finalise and a whole day to further making it right. What really took time was searching for the borders.

Before this blod gets dead. . I just need to update on regular basis. . Stills lots of ambigrams on the list. . Only problem is now I feel really really lazy making the final on the comp. .

BASEER (new design)

I had seen a similar style in NAGFA's blog (January 2009 archive) which they had design for "BAMBER" racing. . only after i had takin permission from them i used this style in his name. .

hey thanks a lot for calling. . seriously didnt imagine at all. . well talkin abt ambigrams n thought make for ur b'day it self. . n jus sketched it talkin 2 u on the phone itself. .

u asked me how easy or fast can i do. . Frankly speakin it all depends on the letters. . n talkin abt fast . . urs was done jus b4 we ended our conversation. .

KARTAR

I had made a couple of combinations but it just wasnt fitting in. . luckily i was reading 'angels and demons' again n while flipping through pages i came across the ambigram of 'earth' n simply just admiring the symmetry of it, i cracked the ambigram of 'kartar'. . its on a very similar lines to the 'earth' ambigram by John Langdon. .

though kartar had asked me for a psyched one. . i really didnt understand what it meant making a psyched ambigram. . but i think all ambigrams r psyched up. . n i guess the symmetry of it makes it even more. .
