This was a request. . i had been asked by this person for AKHILA SHETTY earlier but thought with just do AKHILA. . As in SHETTY the 'Ts' n 'Y' would get messy. . so left it. . but after making AKHILA. . was asked 2 try n make of the whole name. . Seems like this person had been trying 2 make a full name one but it just kept getting messy. . so was asked 2 try. . i was coming with some solutions but was getting littled messed up. . after coming up with this the 'S' - 'L' was getting little difficult. . finally everything seemed 2 have worked well. .

URMI DAVDA

Vijayeta asked this for her sister. . the name URMI was small . . so told her i would do her full name which would look better. . i was done wid the sketch day before. . but i was too lazy yesterday to any work on the comp. .
so thought of searching for some old english font on the net to use in this. ambigram. . n i happen 2 find many which could be used in it. . But i settled with 2-3 fonts in this. . it was a pain taking task 2 use right combinations. . finally happy with wat i achieved in the end. .

ANANT

had in mind 2 use the letters as normal n simple as possible. . when i first sketched it was in a cursive stlye. . but after i started doing it in photoshop i just kept on modifing the style. . n finally i ended up like this. . eventually i was pleased with the end results. . its very simple n yet appealing. . should add i really love this one. . Anyways this was a request too. . Also have a good friend by this name. . so bhai this is ones for u too. .

AKHILA

Requested one. . came up with this very fast. . thought of using more of a calligraphic style 2 this as gothic style was getting stuck 2 mind. . diversion from it surely made me achieve this. .

SRISHTI

Requested ambigram. . Had a good time doing this. . i guess it came out better with hand. . the combination of 'IS' to looks like 'H' seems cool according 2 me. . 3 more to come soon. .

A requested one. . looks really cool. . i was just scribbling n making some random curves n then saw this request n i just thought 2 try out those curves on this name. . its just fitted right with lots of tilting n all. . though 'A' was little tricky 2 place. . i guess overall it just fits in right. .

I had talked 2 him last week n he was like u haven't made for me one. . so just jokingly i told him u never asked me one. . the thing was that i had never completed his. . always left it half way through. . then he asked me for a full name of his. . challenging it was i must say. . the 'O' s were giving me a tough time. . i guess i was in very good mood today. . happy n relieved i must add. . it just got the best out of me. . i ended up making 6 ambigrams in total. . so will be uploading them soon. . hope he gets some time 2 go through it as he is always busy. . n more than all that he likes it. .

Got this done just yesterday. . Rasheda had asked me to make for her. . looks cool to me. . dont know abt u all ppl. .well didnt have to do much work on this expect for only 'S' to make it look like 'E'. . As far as 'R' to look like 'A' and 'A' to make it look like 'D' have been taken from my earlier ambigrams. . I guess this way i would jus save lot of time. . there r 2-3 more new ones comin. .

ADNAN SALMAN

I had done Adnan's ambigram some few years back n it looked good enough. . but after making my sister's full name. . i thought would try the same for adnan. . i was having lots problems with 'NA' when inverted would be 'LM' . . i guess i managed quite well. . i giess tat is the best i like in this ambigram. .

TUBA SALMAN

I guess the name TUBA was small 2 make one so i thought i will try with the whole name. . n again i wanted to incorporate the similar style tat used for 'VIJAYETA'. . i really loved this one. . this was first ambigram tat i made without a calligraphy pen. . i completely made this one intially with pencil. . If u see the 'S' n 'A' i have used from 'Angels & demon' ambigram. . i thought tat it would look nice in whole. . its surely one of my best. . N i really wanted to make something really special for my little sister. . its lengendarry for me. . hope would be the same for u all. .

VIJAYETA

Every time i made or tried making some ambigram. . i always had this little girl's name on back of my mind. . n everytime i felt something or another was missing wen ever i made one in my mind. .

so i browsing through some ambigrams. .I had seen a similar 'V' in tat ambigram so decided to use this 'V'. . but the difficult was to complete it. . . . so i thought for myself tat this style would be perfect for her name. . i guess there is no harm in getting inspired by others work as long u can do justice to it. . i hope i had done complete justice to it. .

RITESH

RITESH. . after trying lots combinations. . finally i made this. .

usually i have an habbit of takin single alphabets. . tats how i start off. . but wen i am not satisfied with it. . i try lots of combinations. . even with the combinations i couldnt come out tat gr8. .

RAAJITA

I had made many ambigrams n never made one for this person. . every time i start i usually end up giving up making hers. . so this time tried 2 make hers. . this one was the first one i made in new house we recently got. . i guess i started to feel lots of positive energy in this house. . so it was the first time i had come to this house n finalise the deal with broker n onwer. . out of boredom waiting for the broker i had started making Raajita's ambigram in my small book which i had recently started carrying a lot. . n couldnt believe within few minutes i was able 2 finish the ambigram. . i guess it came out good. . much much better than always wat i started off with. . hope i get bored some day again n find some new place. . n hope for even a better one than this. .

Though when i was asked by Anjum to make one for her. . i guess she didnt like it. . sayin some else had made one for her it was different frm wat i made. . believe me even i didnt like it at all but i guess atleast tat would be appreciated after all is wat i thought. . but i was wrong. . i guess it was way too bad at that time. . i guess with calligraphy skills getting better i was able to achieve something like this. .

Sweet n simple is only thing tat i could say to this. . nothing more needs to be added i feel. . it looks gr8 in itself. .

way too simple i guess. . looks nice though. . couldnt do anything special with till now. . really want try out something unique with this 2 make it look awesome. .

ADIL ABUZAR

This one looks awesome according 2 me. . Adil had come 2 me askin me 2 make an ambigram of my full name. . i took this as an challenge n started off. . i really didn't knew what to do with it. . At tat point of time i was really influenced by the arabic style of calligraphy so thought if i could implement some of those in this would be gr8. . this is basically a confluence of classical and contemporary style in calligraphy. .

ARVIND

Initially i had made this. . i looked quite gr8. . for the fact i did it by hand. . i thought will remake this on photoshop. . As i started it i didnt like the way it turned out in photoshop. . though it looks little difficult 2 read out. . so i thought of making it easier to read n make it more simple as possible. . i had come up with another of this. . As u can see initially i had combined 'AR' to make it look like 'ND' but later on i had combined 'RV' to look 'N' wen inverted. . But the only thing with this is tat it looked so blank so thought of simplifying it even more. .So finally I made it look as straight as possible and also i made 'A' n 'D' make look very very simple n i guess the final result looks good. .

SUCHARITA

I really had tuff time making this ambigram. . the name itself was big for me so converting each letter to represnt was very difficult. . Initially wen i tried making this 3 yrs back, i left it half way thro' finding it very difficult 2 complete it. . but this time no matter wat i jus wanted 2 complete it. . so i did it. . but it didnt turn out tat gr8 initially but constant changes i guess it came out good . . but by now i was really tired of making art works around it. . cos it takes lot of time as i had a long list names 2 cover up. . But now i feel like doing something extra-ordinary with all empty ones to make 2 look even better. . some day i would surely do it. .

AJITA

This was most easiest n simplest of all the ambigrams i ever made. . i really didnt have do anything at all with it. . i guess anyone would have come with this one. . wat was difficult was art work around it. . i didnt want 2 repeat wat i had done with earlier two of them. . as tat kind of art work would have outdone the ambigram so i thought to make it look simple n yet appealing . . i guess the result says for itself. . jus to achieve this simplicity it took a lot more time than any of the ambigrams i have ever made. .

FARHAN

This is my ambi. . i really had though time with the 'R' n 'H' . . mayb still i havent done justice completely. . the art work around it makes look cool i guess. . please suggest me the possibilities of 'R' n "H'. .

SUJATHA

This is ambigram is of a friend of mine 'SUJATHA' and its the first I had ever tried. Though with time and lots of efforts it turned out to become this way. Initially it looked a little different when I first made this 3 years back.Since I didnt have a scanner I had to make the whole of it in photoshop. . it took 2 days to complete it. . n I was happy that I could achieve what I had achieved with my hand but only taking lots of time and patience. .I still the design around it makes it look a little complex which i think should be simplified. . Now that is only possible when I am really bored to death and feel like doing ambigrams again. .But after making 2-3 ambigrams on photoshop I got little used to it and with time became faster. .

Hi all. . thank you for taking ur time to go thru my blog. . its my first. . so i just hope i do justice to it. .
Anyways the first time i ever saw an ambigram was 4 years when i was reading this 'Angels and Demons' . . i was just mesmerised when i saw the word "ILLUMINATI". . I kept on rotating it seeing the same thing again and again. . i jus got too lost in the ambigram that i never ended up finishing the book. .
But eventually i started trying ambigrams out boredom from arabic calligraphy (this is something i really wanna learn as i find the most difficult . .) thats wen i thought of giving a try to ambigrams. .
Suprisingly the first ambigram i ever tried never happened to be of my name. . 'SUJATHA' was my first ambigram. . i jus wasnt happy with results at that time so i gave up after a few days. . After a fews months i started again n this time getting better n better with every ambigram i was making. . Soon again gave up cos i got bored of doing it. .
now after vry long time i again started doing it and this time i thought i will make it in comp. . if i jus had a scanner my job would have been much easier but i am glad short of options led me take the difficult path of doing whole thing from scratch in photoshop. . intially it took me lot of time but with time and patience i kept gettin better faster n good doing it in photoshop. .
